We have our first Volunteer Wrapper Recovery Team of 25 high school students!

Today, Dayne met with an environmental club called EDGE, here in Waterloo Ontario, at Bluevale Collegiate Institute. We had amazing response, and the kids are so excited to be a part of S.O.U.L. and the XWI!

Here in Ontario, high school students are required to complete 40 hours of community service in order to graduate. Our Wrapper Recovery Team will complete some of their hours by being involved in the project!

Thanks to Beth, an EDGE member, for having Dayne come and speak to your awesome club!

You know, I really do believe in this young generation. I believe it's a generation of compassion, awareness and action. Young people can do so much more than we give them credit for sometimes.... and if they are given the opportunity to do good and make change, they will rise to the occasion!

If you know of a group of young people who would LOVE to be involved in environmental and humanitarian outreach, send me a message!

"Everyone can make a difference one wrapper at a time."
